Run Like the Wind


Journaling says: I ran my very first 5K on Aug. 1, 2009. I trained for it for 3 months by following the Couch-to-5K training program. I had never run that far in my life. I was so nervous the week before the race that I had a migraine. A few of my friends were there. I ran with Bekah from my StrollerFit class. My time was 31:25. I look forward to running more races and longer distances.
